At Milky Bellies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns policy to ensure your peace of mind:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as personalized items, perishable goods, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@milkybellies.com.au to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Please include the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

4. Refund or Exchange:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
